Rossi Reynolds gave up his career as a journalist and worked as a studio potter for only five years ending when he passed away in 1948.

During this time his aesthetic found expression in the work of the Rossi and Eileen Reynolds Studio. They worked with earthenware and stoneware which they glazed with blue and white underglaze.
