Asante Adu Marko

Biography to Display: 

BIOGRAPHY

Asante Adu Darko is known for wheel thrown functional stoneware bowls and large vessels, often carved with symmetrical designs.

Adu Darko was born in Ghana and came to the United States to study ceramics and design at Kansas University, where he was greatly influenced by his professor Bill Bracken. Ado Darko  later returned to Ghana where he taught for many years.
